Join us at The Spot’s FREE member workouts and bodywork sessions, and learn the skills you need to boulder better!

You’ve been asking for workouts and skills classes, and we’ve answered your call! We now host a bunch of great FREE member workouts, workshops, and bodywork sessions every month.

Registration opens at the front desk one hour before each session begins and is first come first served. They are FREE and exclusively for members and there is a max of 10 participants for most workshops, so be there on time to register!

STRENGTH WORKOUTS

Alex Stiger CLIMBING CONDITIONING WORKOUT
Train with our head coach! Increase your climbing strength with exercises and climbing drills focusing on fingers, hands and arms.

Two 30 minute classes:
7:00p Core – improve power center & stabilization
7:45p Circuit – gain grace and power, heighten agility, and prevent injury

Work on those aches & pains while learning better self-care. Five 15-minute slots.
With Ellie at 7-9pm on first and third Wednesday each month

Gain confidence and learn the basics of walking that thin line.
