We are currently hiring a Front Desk/Member Manager

  • Reports To: General Manager
  • Type of Position: Full-time, Salary, Management, 1-yr minimum commitment
  • Pay Scale: Commensurate with experience
  • Start Date: August 2014
  • Experience:
    • Staff hiring, training, management, and supervision
    • Sales in a dynamic retail environment; highly developed ability to qualify customer needs and close sales
    • 2+yrs work experience managing membership program for service oriented business (desirable)
  • Skill Qualifications:
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal/people, & communication skills
    • Ability to adapt training, mentoring, and communications methods to a variety of different learning personalities
    • Ability to solve problems on the fly & find dynamic solutions to issues as they arise
    • Seasoned analytical & problem solving skills
    • Excellent time management & task prioritization skills
    • Must possess sophisticated & up-to-date computer/software skills (Microsoft proficiency & experience with Rock Gym Pro a plus)
    • Mature ability to measure, analyze, & derive conclusions from data on retention/attrition rates of membership & client conversion behaviors
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated individual with a team mentality
    • Honest and trustworthy with no criminal theft/fraud record
    • Posses cultural awareness & maturity and models appropriate behavior
    • Demonstrates sound work ethic, works independently, and makes decisions without supervisory approval
